Use vector artwork when possible
AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG files usually print the cleanest because they scale without getting blurry.
Artwork Guidelines
Use these specs when you are sending print-ready artwork. If you are not sure your file is ready, place the order anyway. We review every file and send a proof before anything prints.
Short Version
If you already have print-ready artwork, use the specs below. If you only have a logo, a Canva export, or a rough file, that is still okay. Place the order, send what you have, and we will tell you what needs to happen before it goes to print.
File Setup
AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG files usually print the cleanest because they scale without getting blurry.
PNG, JPG, TIFF, and PSD can work when they are built at full print size. Use 96 DPI minimum. 200 DPI or higher is better.
Artwork should be created at the same size as the product panel or template. Do not scale a tiny logo up and hope for the best.
If your design uses custom fonts, convert them to outlines or curves so the layout stays exactly how you built it.
Templates
Use the template that matches your frame style. Keep important logos and text inside the safe area. Leave the template guides in place while you design.
Before You Send
Printed fabric will not always match a backlit screen perfectly. CMYK files give us the best starting point. If you have exact brand colors or Pantone references, include them when you send artwork and we will get as close as the print process allows.
After Checkout
No artwork upload is required to check out. Pick the artwork option that fits where you are.
Our team checks size, resolution, safe area, fonts, and print readiness before it moves forward.
We send a digital proof so you can see the layout. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Not Sure?
We would rather help clean up the file than let bad artwork turn into a bad print.
