Can I place an order before my artwork is ready?
Yes. For most products, you can check out first and send artwork after. Use the artwork selector on the product page to tell us whether you have print-ready files, need help, or will send artwork after checkout.
Will I see a proof before anything prints?
Yes. Custom printed orders are reviewed before production, and we send a digital proof when a proof is needed for the product or artwork. Production does not move forward until the order details and proof are ready.
What should I check on my proof?
Check spelling, phone numbers, website URLs, logo placement, colors, sizing, product options, and quantities. The approved proof becomes the production map, so tell us about changes before approval.
Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?
Contact us immediately. Changes are easiest before artwork proofing, material ordering, printing, cutting, sewing, packing, or fulfillment begins. Once custom production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

What artwork files work best?
Vector files are best: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also work when they are large enough. If you are not sure, send what you have and we will review it.
Do you have artwork guidelines or templates?
Yes. Start with our Artwork Guidelines page. It explains file types, resolution, color, bleed, safe zones, and downloadable templates for tent artwork.
Can Bigfoot help design my artwork?
Yes. If you need help turning a logo, idea, or rough layout into print-ready artwork, choose the design-help option on the product page or contact us. We will confirm what is included before moving forward.
Will my colors match exactly?
We aim for a strong, professional match, but exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless it is separately agreed in writing. Screens, fabrics, inks, lighting, and materials can all make color appear slightly different.

How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, artwork readiness, proof approval, quantity, and shipping destination. Many event display orders are planned around a 7 to 10 business day production window after proof approval, but hard event dates should be discussed before ordering.
Does shipping time include production time?
No. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Checkout, artwork review, proof approval, production, packing, pickup, and carrier delivery can all affect the final arrival date.
Can I rush an order for an event?
Maybe. Rush timing depends on the product, artwork, quantity, and shipping destination. If you have a firm event date, contact us before ordering or immediately after checkout so we can tell you what is realistic.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders may ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, local delivery, direct-from-production partner shipment, or another comparable carrier depending on product size, destination, and availability. Larger orders may ship in more than one box.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Send your order number plus photos of the product, box, packing material, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Can I return a custom printed item?
Custom printed products are generally not returnable for buyer's remorse, event cancellation, preference changes, or ordering the wrong size or product. If there is a confirmed Bigfoot error, defect, missing item, or shipping damage, we will review it and work toward a fair fix.
What if the print does not match my approved proof?
Send photos and your order number. If the finished product is materially different from the approved proof or confirmed order details because of our error, we will review it for repair, replacement, reprint, credit, or another reasonable solution.

What products does Bigfoot sell online?
Our core online catalog includes custom pop-up tents, table covers, vinyl banners, roll-up banners, custom flags, backdrops, and trade show/event display products. We may add more products as the store grows.
Which product should I start with for a booth or market?
Most first-time setups start with a 10 x 10 custom canopy, a branded table cover, and either a banner or flag for extra visibility. If you are not sure, tell us the event type and footprint and we can point you in the right direction.
Do products include hardware?
It depends on the product and options selected. Some products are print-only, and others include frames, stands, poles, or hardware. Review the product options before checkout and contact us if anything is unclear.
Are these products easy to set up?
Most event display products are designed for practical setup at markets, trade shows, schools, sponsor events, and local activations. Larger products may be easier with two people, especially outdoors or in wind.

Can I order multiple products for one event?
Yes. Many customers combine a tent, table cover, flags, banners, and backdrops for a complete event setup. If the order has several pieces, we may contact you to make sure artwork and colors are coordinated.
Do you work with schools, teams, cities, and businesses?
Yes. Bigfoot Grafix works with small businesses, schools, teams, nonprofits, municipalities, event organizers, and local brands that need custom large-format print and event display products.
Can I get something custom that is not listed online?
Probably. Bigfoot also handles large-format print and installation work beyond the main ecommerce products. Use the contact page for vehicle graphics, signs, wall graphics, installs, custom display requests, or anything that needs an estimate.
Do you offer bulk or repeat ordering?
Yes. If you need multiple items, repeat seasonal orders, team orders, sponsor packages, or coordinated event kits, contact us before ordering so we can help with the cleanest path.
