Return Policy

Custom print has custom rules.

Most Bigfoot Grafix products are made after checkout with customer artwork, sizes, colors, event needs, and product choices. This policy explains when we can fix, replace, credit, or refund an order.

Custom Products

Most Bigfoot products are built for one customer, one order, and one use case.

Many Bigfoot Grafix products are custom printed, made to order, or configured around customer-supplied artwork, logos, colors, size selections, personalization, event needs, or special instructions.

This includes canopies, tent tops, walls, table covers, banners, flags, backdrops, decals, signs, event kits, and other printed display products.

Because of that, custom products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of buyer's remorse, event cancellation, preference changes, ordering the wrong product or size, or no longer needing the item.

Eligible Issues

If something is truly wrong, we want to see it and help solve it.

We will review an order issue when an item arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, includes a clear Bigfoot Grafix production error, is materially different from the approved proof or order details, or is missing an item or part.

Depending on the issue, product, timing, and available documentation, the remedy may be a repair, replacement part, reprint, store credit, partial credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.

We review issues case by case. A refund is not the automatic remedy for every problem, especially when a reprint or replacement can fairly resolve the issue.

Report Window

Open the box, inspect the order, and contact us quickly.

If your order appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

For shipping damage, also include photos of the box, packing material, and shipping label. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved because carriers may require it for claim review.

If an issue is not reported promptly or documentation is missing, our ability to offer replacements, credits, refunds, or carrier claim support may be limited.

Proof Approval

The approved proof is the production map.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, logos, colors, placement, dimensions, quantities, product selections, shipping address, and proof details before approval.

Once a proof is approved, Bigfoot Grafix is not responsible for mistakes that were visible in the approved proof or present in customer-supplied artwork files.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, seam placement, finishing, trimming, sizing tolerance, and screen-to-print appearance can happen in custom print production and are not automatically considered defects. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Changes are easiest before the order enters production.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel or adjust the order.

Once artwork proofing, material procurement, printing, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, or fulfillment has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Design time, proofing, labor, payment processing costs, rush services, materials, and other work already performed may be non-refundable even when a cancellation is approved.

Returns

Please do not ship anything back without authorization.

Contact Bigfoot Grafix before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed.

Eligible non-custom stock items or accessories may be considered for return if they are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by a confirmed Bigfoot Grafix error, defect, or approved shipping damage claim. Custom printed products normally do not need to be shipped back unless we request inspection.

Refunds

Approved refunds are handled after review.

When a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, and card network.

Shipping, rush production, design, artwork setup, proofing, installation, handling, and other service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed or the order has shipped, unless required by law or specifically approved by Bigfoot Grafix.

Missed event dates, carrier delays, or production delays caused by late artwork, late proof approval, incomplete order details, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control are handled under our Shipping Policy and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
