Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

Yes. Every custom order gets a free digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the product. Nothing prints until you approve it. If you want changes, we will send revised proofs at no cost.

What if I do not have my artwork ready?

No problem. Place the order first and send artwork after checkout. Our design team will help get your file print-ready before anything goes to production.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
